Why is it called: The Farm ?

Reverse apprenticeship is all about listening to new young people with ideas that approach the bench from a new media point of view.
We want to “grow creative talent”.
An important issue we are trying to tackle is the fact that it’s very hard for graduates/starters to gain experience. Whenever they apply they’re being told: “sorry we can’t hire you, you have no experience”. And without getting that job they can’t gain the needed experience, they can’t grow. We want to help them grow, thus The Farm.
